Syracuse University men’s basketball coach Jim Boeheim stopped by Gate E of the Carrier Dome to visit students and members of Otto’s Army who are camping out before SU’s game against Duke. The Orange and Blue Devils square off at 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 1.
