Syracuse will play St. John’s at Madison Square Garden on Dec. 13, per CBS Sports.
The matchup is the back end of a home-and-home series between the former Big East rivals that began last year when the Red Storm beat the Orange 69-57 in the Carrier Dome.
This will be the third consecutive season they will play since SU moved to the Atlantic Coast Conference. Syracuse has an all-time record of 51-38 against the Red Storm.
The Orange’s nonconference schedule also includes the Battle 4 Atlantis tournament in the Bahamas on Nov. 25-27. Though the bracket hasn’t been announced, the other teams participating are Connecticut, Texas, Texas A&M, Michigan, Gonzaga, Washington and Charlotte.
On Dec. 2, SU will host defending national runner-up Wisconsin in the ACC-Big Ten Challenge. Syracuse will also face former Big East rival Georgetown in Washington D.C., but the date of that game hasn’t been announced.
