Video: Student contact tracers empathize with COVID-19 concerns at college

Syracuse University hired 30 students as contact tracers to help contain and prevent the spread of coronavirus among the SU community. Contact tracers said their role as students is important because they are able to empathize with students in ways safety and health officials cannot.
