Syracuse (12-18, 2-4 Atlantic Coast) won both games of its home-opener doubleheader against Niagara (1-14) on Wednesday. Alexa Romero pitched a complete game in SU’s 12-4 game one win and Miranda Hearn pitched 2.1 scoreless relief innings to secure SU’s game two win.
