Matthew Moyer, Syracuse men’s basketball freshman, injures right foot

Syracuse freshman forward Matthew Moyer was in a walking boot on his right foot and on crutches. Scout.com first reported the injury. Moyer will be healthy once official practices begin, per Scout.
Moyer took a photo with a fan in the Carrier Dome, which was posted on Twitter on Wednesday. Syracuse’s basketball camp took place this week.

The 6-foot-8 forward averaged 16.5 points and 9.5 rebounds at South Kent (Connecticut) Prep last season. He also developed several skills in addition to basketball at South Kent.
